are designed to be ingested with food or sublingually. Unlike inhalation, cannabis oils may take from 30 minutes up to 2 hours before the onset of effects, and these effects can last longer (up to 8 hours).

Edibles & topical creams

are either ingested or applied directly to the skin , These methods should be used in moderations as the effects usually only kick in after 45 minutes to an Hour and can last as long as 8 Hours.
